Elżbieta Wtorkowska – professor of art in the discipline of art of conducting 

A dean of the Faculty of Conducting, Jazz and Music Education at the Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, a lecturer at the Postgraduate Studies for Choirmasters and Postgraduate Studies in Voice Emission at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz and a vocal consultant of the Choir „Opera Nova” in Bydgoszcz. Since 1992 she has been a lecturer at the Post-graduate Studium of Polish Choral Conducting in Koszalin, a member of the Artistic Council of the Association “Polish Community” (Polish: Stowarzyszenie “Wspólnota Polska”). Since 2002 she has been a conductor of the Choir Conductors of Polonia „Fatherland”.  She has conducted lectures and workshops on courses for Polish choirs conductors in Belarus (1996-2008), Ukraine (from 1998-2008), Lithuania (from 2003-2008),  in the Czech Republic (1999-2001 , 2007 and 2008 ) in the United States ( 2006 and 2007) and England (2008 ) . In 2008 she conducted lectures and workshops choir in Sydney, Australia in 2009 inBiggar, Scotland. In 2010 she has been a vocal consultant to the InternationalChoralAcademy „In Terra Pax ” in Międzyzdroje, and  in the season of 2002-2003 has been a vocal consultant of the Choir at the Castle Opera in Szczecin. In the years 2005 – 2008 she has conducted classes in pastoral phonetics at the Faculty of Theology at the Adam Mickiewicz Univeristy in Poznań, at the Higher Theological Seminary in Bydgoszcz. Since 1981 she has been conducting the Girls Choir “Canzona”, since 2001 the Female Choir „Canzona-Absolwent”, and since 2008 the Choir „Chamber Canzona in Murowana Goślina” (Polish: “Canzona Kameralna”w Murowanej Goślinie”. Together with the choirs “Canzona” she has given concerts in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Holland, Greece, Sweden, Russia, the CzechRepublic, in Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Finland, Austria, England and Ukraine. She is the initiator and artistic director of the Edmund Szymański International Choral Festival in Murowana Goślina, which hosted choirs from many countries and continents ((Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, China, Japan, South Korea, Spain, France, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, the  Czech Republic, Slovakia). She is also a lecturer at numerous seminars for singers, speech therapists, teachers and choral conductors in Poland and abroad. She also runs vocal workshops for both amateur and professional choirs, as well as children, youth, academic, boys, female, male and mixed choirs all over Poland.

Jon Fylling – conductor, teacher, juror

Jon Fylling is born in 1955 in the north of Norway. Formal music education of 8 years in Bergen and Oslo, concluded with Higher Diploma in Conducting in 1984. He was Conductor in Nidaros Cathedral in 1984, worked in Sweden in 1993, but except from shorter projects, guest productions and engagements abroad, he has mainly stayed and worked around Oslo and in the Østfold Region since 1985

Orchestral During more than 35 years he has performed all the great oratorios and masses with choir and orchestra, such as ”A German Requiem” (Brahms), Requiem (Verdi, Mozart), Elijah and St Paul (Mendelssohn), Messiah (Handel), St Matthew Passion and B minor Mass (Bach).
He founded the Østfold Region Symphony Orchestra 2002, which he still conducts. He was from 2010 to 2012 director and artistic director of Grenland Symphony Orchestra With these two and other orchestras he has performed a lot of the central classic and romantic repertoire, with composers as Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann, Brahms and Tsjaikovskij. He has done several guest productions with professional orchestras both in Norway and abroad (2010: Kharkov Philharmonic – Ukraine)

Choral He has conducted more than 30 choirs and vocal ensembles and performed all the greater choral works, both a cappella, and with orchestra. He has gained great experience in all genres, working with folk music, jazz and popular music choirs. He has founded different vocal ensembles which whom he won prizes in national and international competitions (Oskarshamn, Sweden, Tolosa, Spain and Spittal, Austria)

Music writer He has gained quite a merit as an arranger and composer of both choral and instrumental music, and his arrangements are
sought for, and used by different ensembles. He has also recorded several CD’s, partly with his own material.

Project manager He has a significant interest in popular music and jazz, and has thus cooperated with most of the Norwegian popular artists as Sissel Kyrkjebø, Jan Eggum, Hanne Krogh and others. With his music students and his ensembles he has been administrative and artistical leader of more than 50 projects. He has worked a lot with cross-over projects, for instance in Sweden and South Africa. He is known to experiment with musical communication and concert settings, often by combining musical and dramatical elements.

Teacher/lecturer/juror He has been teaching performance, conducting, ear-training and composition in Music High School for more than 25 years.
He has been teaching choir skills for to actors, He has developed coaching programs for amateur choirs. He is also often asked for as juror member at competitions of different kind, and as lecturer in choir, repertoire and conducting in different kind of courses.

Natalia Barabanszczykowa, Mołdawia

Natalia Barabanszczykowa, znany dyrygent chóralny, kompozytor, wykonawca, poeta, laureatka licznych Międzynarodowych i zwyciężczyni Republikańskich konkursów chóralnych, poetyckich, członek jury i prowadząca mistrzowskich Festiwali Piosenki Autorskiej. Dyrektor artystyczny Międzynarodowego Festiwalu „Twórcze spotkania-Razem w XXI wieku”, Kamczija, Bulgaria. Członek Międzynarodowego Stowarzyszenia Pisarzy i Publicystów. Do jej tekstów układają pieśni liczni kompozytorzy w wielu krajach. Sama tworzy pieśni i romanse do swoich tekstów,  a także tekstów licznych autorów. Występuje jako solistka, w duetach i zespołach. Prowadzi Dziecięcy Chór Opery i Baletu, dwa chóry Szkoły Muzycznej im. E. Doga, Młodzieżowy Chór „Rapsodia”, Kwintet wokalny „JJ Jazz”. W międzyczasie prowadziła Chór Muzyki Niemieckiej „Hoffnung” i Chór „Ukrainoczka”. Zespoły prowadzone przez nią są laureatami Republikańskich i międzynarodowych konkursów w wielu krajach. Koncerty tych chórów ciszyły się powodzeniem w Rosji, na Ukrainie, w Turcji, Niemczech, Hiszpanii, Czechach, Słowacji, na Węgrzech, w Serbii i Austrii. Wykonują utwory muzyki klasycznej,relaksacyjnej, jazz, współczesnej i narodowej. Od 1990 roku jest wykładowcą muzycznych, chóralnych i teoretycznych przedmiotów w szkołach publicznych, muzycznych i muzyczno-chóralnych Kiszyniowa. Od 2009 roku z ramienia Fundacji”Ciągły rozwój Bułgarii”, Akademii Słowiańskiej i UNESCO jako śpiewaczka przewodzi solowym koncertom muzyki klasycznej, kameralnej, romansów, poezji i Piosenki Autorskiej (Warszawa, Warna, Ryga, Jurmala),  Koncertom Krymskim wspólnie z Michałem Kazinikiem – Szwecja. Jest kierownikiem (prowadzącym) Teatru Dziecięcego i zespołu wokalnego Piosenki Autorskiej „Rapsodia” przy klubie AP „Towarzysz Gitara”. Reżyser i inscenizator spektaklu poświęconego pamięci Janusza Korczaka „Kadysz” na podstawie sztuki Aleksandra Galicza, wystawianego przez wiele lat na scenach Polski, Ukrainy, Mołdawii, Bułgarii i Rosji.

Iwona Wiśniewska-Salamon graduated from the I.J.Padereski Academy of Music in Poznań and holds a title of Master of Arts, which she received in 1990.

In 1990-1992 she continued her education at the Postgraduate Studies in Voice Emission, and during the period of 1994-1996 at the Post-graduate Studies for Choirmasters at the Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. In 1991 she created the Agricultural University Chamber Choir (since 2009 called the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin ), which she still leads. The ensemble was the winner of Polish and international choral competitions and festivals . Since 2003 she has been a vocal consultant working with the actors of the Puppet Theatre ” Tattler ” in Szczecin. In the years 2003-2013 she has repeatedly organized and gained funding, including: as part of the programme ” Youth” for the organization of the International Choral Workshop taking place in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia and Denmark. In 2004 she received a doctorate in Musical Arts, and in 2011  a title of habilitated doctor of Musical Arts at the I.J.Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan. In the years 2007 – 2010 she served as regional coordinator of the National Program „Singing Poland” (Polish: “Śpiewająca Polska”), covering the activities of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship school choirs. She was awarded the Bronze Medal „Gloria Artis” for her contribution to Polish culture, the Silver Medal „For merits in the service of the State”, the Medal of the University of Szczecin „SIS QUI ES – Pro Publico Bono” and a silver badge „Pomeranian Griffin” awarded  by the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. She is the Artistic Director of the International Festival of Choral Music in Ejszyszki Lithuania Passion Festival in Szczecin and the International Music Festival „This is the New Warpno „. In 2013 she was chosen by the Szczecin City Council together with the choir to implement the social campaign Szczecin wholeheartedly recommended by the AMBASSADOR”.
